All our cleaners are bonded, insured and covered by workers compensation (WCB). All cleaning staff complete a contract-based training program, work to a work-list which is custom designed to meet your specific building requirements and are reviewed by our operations administration staff on a regular basis.
Staff are always the same so that you know just who is in your building and when. We provide a list of names, contact phone numbers and appropriate security checks upon request. If changes are necessary you will be notified and all information updated.

Supplies and equipment are purchased, as necessary, to meet the requirements of service contracts.

Floor strippers, waxes and cleaners are selected to meet the demands of building use and ever changing weather conditions in this area. We access products at wholesale prices and can arrange distribution for larger institutions.
